Art was in the blood of Florence-born Roberto Cavalli, as his grandfather was a renowned artist. Enrolling in a local art institute, he focused on textile design, creating a series of notable floral prints which formed the basis of the bright, bold designs we see today. The brand now produces more than textiles, including accessories, eyewear and even vodka amongst its collections.
